Eating Disorder Treatment Services Made Affordable


Healthy Futures’ mission is to offer professional and comprehensive eating disorder treatment services to those struggling with eating disorders and many of life’s issues.  And, our approach is to provide a team of caring professionals in a comfortable and welcoming setting. True to our mission, we work hard to accommodate our clients by offering several financial options, so that finances don’t preclude you from receiving care.


A member from our administrative team will call your insurance company to get authorization for our services. We will provide you detailed information on your financial responsibility and make payment arrangements with you. Healthy Futures is contracted with Aetna, Blue Cross – Blue Shield AZ, Cigna, most Humana plans, and United Behavioral Health.  On a single case agreement basis, we work with many other insurance plans such as, Magellan and Value Options. Clients may also consult us about cash pay options.

Our passion at Healthy Futures is to help those who feel they would benefit from professional counseling, so we encourage you to call us and ask about our reduced fee options.


With our reduced fee counseling program, our master and doctoral level counseling students are available to see you or a family member for the cost of an insurance co-pay, only $35 per session. These students are supervised several hours weekly by an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and/or a Licensed Psychologist. Together, they consult to ensure you are receiving the utmost care and help. This is a great way to receive valuable counseling at an affordable rate.
