Healthy Futures Coronavirus Response
The health and safety of our patients and our team remains our first priority at Healthy Futures, and we wanted to offer this update regarding our Coronavirus response.
A Plan for Today
For now, we remain in our Phase 1 of our Covid Response Plan. We continue to provide our Eating Disorders Intensive Outpatient Programming and our Mental Health IOP via telehealth sessions. Our programming has not been curtailed in any way, and we continue our full services of group and individual counseling, nutrition and movement education.
For those receiving individual counseling at our physical address, we REQUIRE our team members and our patients to wear face coverings (masks over nose and mouth) at all times while in common areas. This is in accordance with the recent ruling by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and a City of Scottsdale ordinance.
We continue to follow all Centers for Disease Control guidelines and are being diligent about disinfecting and cleaning common spaces in our office.
We continue to take measures to reduce the possibility of virus spread, such as one-time-use pens and electronic document signing.
Our Covid Response Team remains vigilant in monitoring the pandemic every day and we have developed Phases 2 and 3 for the future. We look forward to progressing once the measures of community spread have decreased considerably and consistently. We will announce any changes through our website, social media and through email directly to our patients and families.
We encourage EVERYONE to please monitor your emotional and physical health, and to remember that self-care is vital. We are here to help anyone who might need emotional support during these trying times.
