A Minute of Mindfulness, at the ocean
December 22, 2022
Welcome to another Minute of Mindfulness with Mia. Today, we’re at the ocean!
I love doing mindfulness exercises at the ocean because there are lots of ways to be mindful. With all of the senses, the sound of the waves, and just something to watch that seems very peaceful.
So, when you need a moment to just be mindful, I invite you to have 30 seconds of just observing the waves.
Enjoy your day.

What is ARFID and how can it help children who suffer from eating disorders?

The experience of these sensations leads to the child avoiding or restricting certain foods. Malnutrition then becomes an issue with this disorder.
